2010 ADULT SUMMER READING CLUB FAQ:
Q: What is the adult summer reading program?
A: The Adult Summer Reading Program is a library program for adults 18 and
older who check out books or audio materials from the library during the summer
months. It's simple: just read or listen to a book, list it in your
reading log, turn it in and receive a raffle ticket for free prizes of your
choice! Prize baskets contain donations from local area businesses, and
two drawings will be held during the program; the first on July 12th, and the
second at the end of the program. We will also be offering a "Book Bingo" with a
prize of a 50 dollar gift certificate to a local business. The more books you read or
listen to, the more chances you earn to win prizes! There is nothing to
attend and you only need to stop in to the library to turn in your reading log, and to register for the prizes you want to
win... and to return your books, of course!

Q: When does the Summer Reading Club start?
A: The 2010 reading club begins June 14th and runs through August 7th.
Q: Do I have to sign up on June 14th?
A: No. You can sign up any time all summer during the library's normal
hours.
Q: How do I sign up?

Allentown Public Library barcode sticker on your home library card. Simply stop in to the library and someone at the Reference

you can log your books by turning in your Reading Log. Logs
